“ we had a surprise birthday celebration with about 20 people attending at our house. most of the attendees are foodies and very accomplished cooks. they all had recommendations for catering services which were mainly restaurants which also catered. i travel a lot and was a bit skeptical of using a restaurant with a side catering business. i found Haute after yelp and google searches. they strictly cater. i called them and was surprised the owner, Lusine, answered. her service and responsiveness are impeccable. we iterated our requirements over a couple of days and she quickly modified her proposal multiple times. again, she was incredibly responsive. we settled on a buffet style with lamb, salmon, beef, several vegetables and appetizers. the food quality and service were outstanding. the guest raved about the food. they cut the meats so everyone could get a bit of everything. the price was very reasonable given the outstanding quality. everyone took all the remaining food home.
